Learn to make earrings with Silver Clay!  This is a fun and easy introduction to the world of metal clay.   

Learn the basics of silver clay handling and firing with Art Clay Silver Master instructor Pam East.  

Class fee includes the use of all Pam's tools and equipment.  Students do not need to bring anything.

    Make a pair of earrings or a simple pendant in this two day class on Metal Clay Copper with Bronze Inlay.     

    Learn the basics of metal clay handling and firing with Art Clay Master instructor Pam East.  

    This is a great class for both those who have never used metal clay, and experience metal clay artists looking to add to thier skills set.  

    Class materials fee includes copper and bronze clay, and the use of all Pam's tools and equipment.  Students do not need to bring anything.

            Learn the mechanics of movement as we explore moving parts in this intermediate/advanced metal clay class. We will make interlocking link bracelets, spinning pendants and more. Prerequisite: two classes in either Adventures in Metal Clay or Metal Clay Fundamentals.

              This is an 8-week course offered on Wednesdays
              10am - 1pm or
              6:30pm to 9:30pm

              Explore the exciting world of silver clay. Silver clay is .999 pure silver powder mixed with organic binders allowing you to work it like clay. It can be molded, sculpted, rolled, textured, and more. The binder burns away when fired, leaving pure silver. Learn and master the fundamentals of metal clay, including a variety of construction techiques, firing and finishing. This course is intended for beginner to intermediate students and should be taken multiple times before moving on to Intermediate/Advanced classes

                This is an 8-week course offered twice on Thursdays.
                10am - 1pm  or
                6:30pm to 9:30pm

                Enameling is the art of applying glass to metal. Learn how to create deep, rich color on your metal clay work with glass enamels. Topics will include metal clay construction techniques, graduated shading, Finishing and more! Metal clay experience helpful but not required. A Materials fee of $75 is PAYABLE TO THE INSTRUCTOR at the first session. This fee covers enamels, enameling supplements and the use of instructor provided tools and equipment for the semester. It does not include metal clay.

                    Registration for this class will open July 19, 2018

                    The Silhouette Curio is a unique device that can cut and etch a variety of materials, including metal clay, with more accuracy and in finer detail than you've ever imagined! The powerful yet approachable silhouette studio design software opens up creative possibilities and repeatability of design otherwise unavailable to the home hobbyist. During this three-day workshop you will learn how to use the software, and how to prepare, cut and etch the clay. Students will make several projects in bronze clay. Finishing and firing will also be covered. No prior experience in either metal clay or silhouette is required. STUDENTS MUST BRING THIER OWN LAPTOP AND SILHOUETTE CURIO MACHINE. A Materials Kit Fee of $65 PAYABLE TO INSTRUCTOR AT CLASS.

                      Registration for this class will open July 19, 2018

                      Learn to apply pure fine silver embellishments to ceramic ornaments and other novelties using innovative Art Clay Silver Overlay Paste.  Pre-fired and glazed ceramic pieces will be available in class.  No ceramic or silver experience required.  All levels welcome!  A materials fee of $115 is payable to the instructor in class.  The materials fee includes Silver overlay paste, silver syringe, silver clay and 3 glazed ceramic ornaments ready for embellishment.
